Chris Meszler has a solid background in engineering with over 13 years of experience. Chris most recently worked as the Texas Director of Engineering at BCC Engineering, LLC starting in February 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President / Senior Engineer at Lakes Engineering, Inc. from June 2013 to February 2020. Chris also worked as a Project Engineer at New Millennium Design Consultants from June 2009 to June 2013, and as a Design Engineer at Jones & Carter, Inc. from December 2007 to June 2009.

Chris Meszler attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. In August 2012, they received their Licensed Professional Engineer certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers, as well as from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers. In November 2011, Chris obtained an Advanced Traffic Control Designer certification from the Florida Department of Transportation, and in July of the same year, they became a Certified Bridge Inspector through the Florida Department of Transportation. Additionally, in January 2004, they became a Mobile Electronics Certified Professional - Advanced, although the institution where they obtained this certification is unknown.
