Lourdes Rapp

Lourdes Rapp, P.E. is a Structures Project Manager at BCC Engineering, LLC, where they have worked since 2019. With over 16 years of experience in the civil engineering industry, they specialize in bridge design for major highway and rail transportation projects, demonstrating strong expertise in structural analysis and bridge design for both steel and concrete structures. Lourdes holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, specializing in Structural Engineering, both from Penn State University. Prior to their current role, they gained valuable experience as a Project Engineer at HNTB from 2006 to 2019 and completed an internship at Northrop Grumman in 2005.
