Phani Gubbala, P.E., currently serves as a Roadway Project Engineer at BCC Engineering, LLC, a position held since April 2017, and has also held roles as a Roadway Engineer and Roadway Engineering Designer. Previously, Phani worked at The University of Kansas as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, where recognition was received through the Leaman D.
