We're BCD, The Big Idea Shop! What do we do? There's a long and a short answer to that question.

Here's the long answer:

- We work with amazing clients. From family owned businesses to Fortune 50 companies, our clients rock.

- We're idea people, from the big idea that drives your brand forward to the thousand ideas that go into a comprehensive media plan.

- We're also implementation people, because we think consultants are overrated, too.

- We're good listeners, because it's polite and the truth is that you know more about your industry than we do. Good advertising agencies learn from their clients.

- We know what brand really is, how it evolves, and how it affects your company on a daily basis.

- We're scientific. Our SmartBuy media placement system is the most advanced in the industry.

- We're also creative. We believe creativity is the ability to look at a problem or opportunity from every conceivable angle and then create something that drives results.

- We treat your budget like it's our own. From competitive bidding and negotiation to value added, we go far beyond the extra mile to squeeze every last customer impression out of your advertising budget. More budget isn't always the answer, but spending your clients' budget wisely is.

- We believe in ROI. Awards are nice. Increased sales are better.

And here's the short answer:

We build relationships. We help customers know your business, like your business, and trust your business.
