BCD Alliance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to closing the infrastructure gap for BIPOC entrepreneurs, founders, and community-driven organizations.
Too many BIPOC-led businesses and nonprofits stall — not for lack of vision, but lack of support. We exist because the ecosystem was not built with BIPOC leaders in mind. BCD Alliance was founded to change that: not as a program you cycle through, but as a long-term operational partner, fiscal home, membership community, and capacity-building engine.
What We Do:
🏗 Membership — A peer network and resource hub for BIPOC entrepreneurs across three tiers: Startup, Growth, and Scaling. Members gain access to expert connections, curated opportunities, and a community built for collective success.
📋 Fiscal Sponsorship & Back-Office Support — Model A and Model C fiscal sponsorship give BIPOC-led projects access to charitable funding without requiring their own 501(c)(3). We also provide financial management, grant administration, HR, and IRS compliance support.
🎓 Capacity Building — Workshops, coaching, and programming designed to strengthen the skills, systems, and strategies BIPOC-led organizations need to grow — and stay grown.
What We Believe:
BIPOC entrepreneurs deserve more than a seat at the table — they deserve the infrastructure to build their own. When BIPOC founders have access to the right systems and support, entire communities benefit.
