Monica Bailey

Monica Bailey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, employee experience, and marketing. Beginning a career at In-N-Out Burger, Monica ascended to Level 6 Associate, providing exceptional service and participating in training and new store openings. Monica later served as Guest Relations Manager and Marketing Manager at Hotel Valencia Santana Row, where responsibilities included managing guest loyalty programs, facilitating promotional events, and enhancing guest experiences. As an Employee Experience Specialist at one.bio, Monica oversees onboarding, employee engagement, and benefits administration. Additional experiences include working as an Administrative Assistant and Office Manager at Experien Group, and a Peer Educator at CSU Chico Campus Alcohol and Drug Education Center. A dedicated individual, Monica has also embraced a full-time role as a stay-at-home mom.
