Daniel Bolanos

Daniel Bolanos has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Daniel began their career in 2013 with BCD Travel, where they held positions such as Credit Card Reconciliation Specialist, Work Force Management Analyst, and Operations Partner/Supervisor. In these roles, they demonstrated strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to lead and mentor teams. In 2018, they joined Telescope HR Solutions as a Business Process Management Consultant, where they successfully recruited over 100 individuals and implemented strategic improvements to HR operations. In 2019, they returned to BCD Travel as a Data Management Analyst Lead, where they orchestrated data literacy and process automation initiatives. Most recently, in 2023, they worked as a Project Manager at Soil Food Web School, where they spearheaded successful planning and execution of diverse projects. Throughout their career, Daniel has consistently delivered quality results and exceeded project goals.

Daniel Bolanos earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Americana (CR) between 2015 and 2017. In addition, they have obtained various certifications such as a Permaculture Design Certificate from the Permaculture Institute of North America in 2021 and a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the International Scrum Institute™ in 2019. Daniel also received certifications in coaching and developing employees, creating a culture of change, delivering employee feedback, and learning data science: understanding the basics, all from LinkedIn in 2019.
