Nicholas Matus

Nicholas Matus is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at Benedict Canyon Equities since April 2015, Matus has held several key leadership roles within the company, including Co-President and Senior Portfolio Director. Prior to this, Matus worked at JPMorgan - Real Estate Americas as Vice President from February 2008 to March 2015, and at M.R.L. Construction, L.P. in acquisitions and operations from November 2005 to December 2007. Matus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from the SMU Cox School of Business.
