Ndeye LO is a macroeconomist specializing in development economics with experience at the BCEAO and the National Agency for Statistics and Demography of Senegal. Since 2022, they have been responsible for the balance of payments and foreign exchange regulations in Senegal, where they produce quarterly and annual reports by collecting and processing data from various sources. Previously, from 2021 to 2022, they managed the elaboration of Senegal’s quarterly accounts, focusing on macroeconomic aggregates and sectoral indicators. Ndeye holds an Engineer of Statistics degree from ENSEA and a Master’s degree in Economics Policy Management from Université Clermont Auvergne.
