David Hughes

David Hughes is the President of BCER Engineering, a position they have held since 2000.

Prior to their current role, David was an Electrical Engineer at Reese Engineering from 1996-1999, Cator Ruma & Associates from 1995-1996, and Joseph R. Loring & Associates from 1988-1994.

David has been working in the engineering field for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience in electrical engineering. David is a highly skilled engineer and has played a key role in the success of BCER Engineering.

David Hughes has a MBA from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
