Caroline Allen has extensive experience in educational leadership within financial and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Education at BC Financial Services Authority since August 2021, Caroline previously held the position of Senior Manager, Education at the Real Estate Council of British Columbia from June 2002 to August 2021. Caroline's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology from the University of Victoria, completed from 1985 to 1998, and secondary education at Strathcona Tweedsmuir School, where studies were undertaken from 1981 to 1984.
