Christine Smiley

Christine Smiley currently serves as the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at the BC Financial Services Authority since January 2023, providing strategic support and overseeing communications and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this role, Christine Smiley spent nearly 16 years at the BC Public Service, where positions included Executive Director of Corporate Planning & Strategic Initiatives, and Project Director for significant projects like the OneFSR Project and the FICOM Crown Establishment Project. Earlier experience includes management roles at Brentwood Bay Resort, and an educational background with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Victoria.
