Christopher Heald has extensive experience in technology management and product solutions, currently serving as Manager, Product Solutions at BC Financial Services Authority since November 2019, while also holding roles as Solution Delivery Manager and Technology Product Specialist. As the Founder of Collective Step since March 2014, Christopher assists clients in turning their project visions into reality on time and within budget. Previous experience includes co-founding and serving as CTO of two by fore, where real estate conversations are facilitated, and technology management roles at Ashoka Changemakers and IMPACS, focusing on website management and strategic IT support. Christopher began a career in IT as a Systems Administrator at West Coast Environmental Law and has operated as an Independent IT Consultant, specializing in not-for-profit organizations.
