Dilip Arora

Dilip Arora is an experienced professional in the insurance and finance sectors, currently serving as the Director of Supervision - Insurance & Trust at BC Financial Services Authority since May 2024. Prior to this role, Dilip held the position of AVP - Catastrophe Underwriting & Exposure Management at Aviva Canada from 2017 to April 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Catastrophe Product Integration - R&D at AIG, Senior Manager & Strategic Support to the COO at HSBC, and other notable positions at Swiss Re, RMS, and Aviva. Educational qualifications include a General Management Programme from the Indian School of Business, a General Management Programme in Strategy and Business Transformation from the National University of Singapore, an MBA in Insurance, Finance, and Risk Management from the College of Insurance & Risk Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce from PGDAV College. Dilip is also a Certified Black Belt in Six Sigma.
