Heather Sinke has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Heather started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Ounsted & Company, Chartered Accountants in 2007, followed by a temporary assignment as a Client Services Worker at the BC Ministry of Social Development and Social Innovation. In 2008, they worked as a Sales Associate at Penningtons (Clothing).
From 2010 to 2016, Heather worked in various roles at the BC Ministry of Social Development and Social Innovation, including an Administrative Assistant and a Community Services Worker. In 2014, they served as a Volunteer Tour Guide/Docent at Roedde House Museum before transitioning to a role as a Cafe Supervisor at Chapters, Indigo, & Coles.
In 2015, Heather joined the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) as an Office Assistant, and later as a Community Services Worker in 2016. Their most recent work experience includes positions at the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA), where they worked as an Intake Administrator, Policy and Approvals, a Junior Policy Analyst, and currently as a Policy Analyst (Developmental) starting in November 2019.
Throughout their career, Heather has gained valuable experience in administrative support, customer service, policy analysis, and community services.
Heather Sinke began their education at St. Margaret's School from the year 2002 to 2006. However, no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Following this, they attended The University of British Columbia from 2008 until 2013, completing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a focus on History and Medieval Studies.
