Rafeh A. has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in business transformation, change management, and innovation within various organizations. Currently serving as a Business Transformation professional at BC Financial Services Authority since November 2023, Rafeh previously held roles including Venture Partner at ZenLaunchpad.com and Change Management Lead at ICBC. A significant part of Rafeh's career was spent at Aga Khan University, where responsibilities included Manager of Change and Transformation, Innovation Liaison, and various leadership positions in the healthcare innovation space. Rafeh also co-founded Med4all and worked as Strategy and Product Lead at ReMD Technologies. Earlier experience includes roles in business process reengineering and market strategy, complemented by research and communications roles at The University of British Columbia. Rafeh holds a double BA in Economics and Political Science from the Vancouver School of Economics at The University of British Columbia.
