Anja Weigel

Anja Weigel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Anja started their career as a Working Student Tax at KPMG Deutschland in 2014, where they gained hands-on experience in tax-related tasks. Later, they interned as an HR Consulting Intern at the same company. In 2015, they joined P3 as a Project Management Working Student, where they developed project management skills.

In 2016, Anja interned as a Project Management Intern at P3 Consulting Engineering Pvt Ltd, gaining valuable experience in project management in the engineering field. The following year, they worked as a Strategy and Organization Consulting Intern at zeb consulting, further expanding their knowledge in strategy and organization.

Anja then joined Maastricht University in 2017 as a Research Assistant in the Faculty of Psychology and Neuroscience. In this role, they contributed to research projects in the field of psychology and neuroscience.

Later in the same year, Anja joined EY as a Consultant in People Advisory Services (PAS), specializing in HR Transformation and Change Management. Anja worked on various projects and provided consulting services to clients.

In 2020, Anja joined BCG BrightHouse as a Strategist, a global creative consultancy and a Boston Consulting Group company. Anja helped organizations uncover their Purpose and translate it into growth and social impact. Anja then progressed to the role of Senior Strategist, and currently serves as an Associate Strategy Director.

Anja Weigel attended Leuphana University of Lüneburg from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie. Anja then went on to study at Maastricht University from 2017 to 2018, completing a Master of Science degree in Work and Organizational Psychology.
