Lowman Harley's work experience begins in 2013 at Riverbanks Zoo & Botanical Garden, where they worked as a Guest Services Supervisor at Riverbanks Zoo Zipline. In this role, they ensured the safety and enjoyment of zipline participants and trained employees on zipline operations and emergency protocols.

In 2015, Lowman joined Fluent Grp as a Marketing Strategies Intern. Here, they researched college students nationwide and utilized this research to make clients' brands more relatable to students. Lowman also provided ideas for promotional events and social media campaigns to engage students.

From 2014 to 2017, Lowman worked at the University of South Carolina in multiple roles. As a Student Advertising Manager, they managed a team of 10+ student sales representatives, implemented sales incentives, and created new revenue streams. Lowman also led staff meetings, interviewed and hired new sales representatives, and trained new staff members. Additionally, they served as a Social Media Manager, responsible for developing social media pages and implementing promotional techniques. Lowman also worked as an Advertising Account Executive, assisting clients with their creative, monetary, and strategic goals for student promotion.

Starting in 2016, Lowman joined EP+Co, where they held various positions. Lowman began as an Account Management Intern, then transitioned to an Account Coordinator role. Lowman later became a Junior Strategic Planner, followed by a Brand Planner and a Senior Brand Planner. Lowman'sfinal role at EP+Co was an Associate Planning Director, where they contributed to strategic planning initiatives.

Currently, Lowman is working as an Associate Strategy Director at BCG BrightHouse, starting in 2021.

Lowman Harley attended the University of South Carolina from 2013 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Advertising.
