Sienna Giraldi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sienna currently works at BCG BrightHouse, where they started as a Strategist in October 2020 and was promoted to Senior Strategist in October 2021. Sienna is now an Associate Strategy Director at the company, starting in January 2023.

Early in their career, Sienna founded and served as the CEO of Bridge the Gap, a social enterprise aimed at promoting education and inclusion. Sienna held this role from September 2012 to June 2014.
Sienna Giraldi began their education at Saint Ann's School in 2001, where they completed their primary and secondary schooling. In 2010, they attended the School of Visual Arts and focused on oil painting, figure drawing, and design for two years. In 2013, Sienna participated in a pre-college program in poetry and creative writing at Columbia University. The same year, they also studied French language and drawing at the Paris College of Art. From 2014 to 2018, Sienna attended Brown University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in American Studies. During their time at Brown University, Sienna also completed a program in user experience design at General Assembly in 2017. Additionally, Sienna pursued their interest in Chinese language and literature at both Princeton University and Beijing Normal University in 2016. In 2018, they briefly studied at the University of Melbourne, earning a second Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, though the field of study is not specified.
