Simona Koch currently serves as the CEO Ambassador for GenAI Enablement at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since April 2025, focusing on the adoption and scaling of GenAI through upskilling and product integration. Simona is also a Consultant and Senior Strategist at BCG BrightHouse, contributing to purpose and culture activation for companies, with a focus on responsible AI and authentic ESG. Prior experience includes developing PR strategies for the European Commission at WPP and holding various roles focused on human rights and foreign policy analysis in organizations such as the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights and the German Consulate General. Simona has a Master’s in Public Policy and Management from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin, complemented by an international education background. Additionally, Simona hosts the podcast "Culturally- Finding Home," which explores the stories of Third Culture Kids.
