Adam Ikdal

Adam Ikdal is the Chief Strategy Officer at the Standard Bank Group, where they focus on strategy development to achieve the Group's ambitious goals. Prior to this role, Adam served as a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group, accumulating over 25 years of experience with leading institutions across Europe, the US, and Africa. Adam was also the head of BCG in both Norway and South Africa for five years each.
