Adela Paun

Adela Paun is a global learning and development leader with over 15 years of experience in crafting impactful learning experiences that foster growth and enhance organizational culture. Currently serving as a Global Learning Innovation Senior Manager at the Boston Consulting Group, Adela has previously held significant roles at Spotify, where they developed comprehensive development programs and facilitated onboarding initiatives for thousands of employees. Adela's early career included impactful training roles at AIESEC in various countries, contributing to youth development through education and international exchange programs. Adela is currently pursuing degrees in Communication and Public Relations, as well as Arts and Teacher Training, at the National School of Political Science and Public Administration and the University of Craiova.
