Alan Heal, MBA, has over 40 years of experience in global business and IT operations across various sectors. Currently, they serve as a Fractional/Advisory Transformation Lead at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on cyber security transformation. Previously, Alan held interim roles such as Interim CTO, Head of IT, and Programme Manager, and has successfully managed complex projects and transformations within organizations like Jaguar Land Rover and the NHS. Alan earned an MBA specializing in Financial Management, Investment, and Marketing from Aston University, as well as a Joint Honours BSc in Computer Science and Electronic Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
