Allison Bailey

Allison Bailey is a Senior Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they serve as the Global Vice Chair of the People & Organization Practice. They are dedicated to addressing various organizational challenges, having partnered with clients on projects related to strategy, transformation, and people development. Previously, Allison held leadership roles within BCG’s North America management team and the Women@BCG initiative. Their work has also included significant contributions to both Public Sector and Education businesses, alongside research on digital impacts in education through a fellowship at BCG’s Henderson Institute. Prior to joining BCG, they gained experience at Banker's Trust in corporate finance and the World Bank's IFC, focusing on privatization efforts in Eastern Europe.
