Amanda Andrade, MBA, PHR, currently serves as the Global Learning Experience Management & Communications Senior Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where responsibilities include leading a global team in delivering a virtual training program with over 350 live sessions annually and developing training curricula across 23 functional and industry practice areas. Prior experience includes serving as the Sr. Director of Organizational Development at the Graduate Management Admission Council® (GMAC®), where Amanda led succession planning and talent management initiatives.
