Amy Murphy

Amy Murphy is a seasoned professional in organizational consulting and talent management with extensive experience in the consulting industry. Currently serving as a Consulting Team Talent Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group since November 2021, Amy has previously held roles such as Consulting Team Talent Manager at BCG and OCM Manager at CapTech Ventures, Inc. Between 2014 and 2017, Amy contributed to Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in Organization Transformation & Talent, and began the career at Ventech Solutions as a Consultant.
