Andrzej Sylla

Andrzej Sylla is a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group, specializing in strategy development and implementation, as well as sourcing and cost of goods sold (COGS) optimization. They have worked on strategy development for eight companies across various sectors and validated strategies for an additional seven during due diligence assignments. Andrzej has participated in numerous sourcing-related projects, focusing on organizational design, process improvements, and supplier negotiations. They hold a master's degree in Finance & Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics and have completed an MBA through the Global Leader Program at Nagoya University of Commerce & Business. Additionally, Andrzej has pursued studies in Japanese and Asian Studies at Ryukoku University.
