Andy Kurtzman has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive recruiting, holding various leadership positions at major consulting firms including McKinsey & Company and Boston Consulting Group. At McKinsey, Kurtzman managed global recruiting operations, worked closely with senior leadership to address staffing needs, and led recruitment for diverse roles across multiple industries. In prior roles at Heidrick & Struggles and Whirlpool Corporation, Kurtzman executed executive-level searches and constructed strategic hiring frameworks.
