Anna Minich is a results-driven HR professional with over 12 years of experience across Europe and Asia. They commenced their career at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. as a recruiter, later serving as a recruitment consultant and account manager at Brunel. Anna held positions at Schneider Electric as an Employer Branding leader and Talent Acquisition specialist and at Boston Consulting Group, where they led the Employer Branding and Recruiting team before becoming the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager for the SEA region. They earned a Specialist degree in Public Relations from the State University of Management.
