Arantxa Mayor

Arantxa Mayor possesses extensive experience in various roles within banking, consulting, and human resources. Starting as a Retail Banking Specialist at BBVA from March 1997 to October 1999, Arantxa focused on client portfolio management. Subsequently, from January 2005 to December 2007, Arantxa held multiple positions at The Boston Consulting Group, initially coordinating the Madrid Research Department, then serving as Lead Researcher in the Financial Institutions Practice, and ultimately as HR Director for Global Businesses and Functions. In this capacity, Arantxa managed HR processes across the employee life-cycle and led cross-regional initiatives. Earlier, Arantxa also worked as a Customer Service Manager at Benetton Group from November 1995 to October 1997. Arantxa holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros, completed in 1995.
