Ayu Thijs

Ayu Thijs is currently a Global Services Human Resources Manager at Boston Consulting Group, where they leverage their strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Previously, Ayu held several roles at UBS, including Apprenticeship Program Manager and Graduate Recruitment Coordinator, where they developed recruitment strategies and training programs. Ayu’s early experience includes working as a Conference Assistant at the International Labour Organization in 2012. They hold a Master's degree in Management and Human Resources from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Royal Holloway, University of London.
