Bailey Hand

Bailey Hand is the Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they have been since 2022. Previously, Bailey held several key roles, including Special Assistant to the Secretary of Defense at the US Department of Defense and Strategy Advisor to the NATO Senior Civilian Representative in Afghanistan. They also served as a Fulbright Scholar and contributed to various initiatives with the Coalition Provisional Authority and USAID. Bailey earned a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University after completing their studies at Yale University.
