Ben Polak

Ben Polak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and operations. Since September 2014, Ben has held various roles at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), ultimately achieving the position of Managing Director & Partner. Prior to BCG, Ben served as a Research Fellow in Supply Chain Operations at Nike, where supply chain models were developed to optimize business models. Additionally, Ben worked as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Bell Helicopter, managing a production team, and as an Associate focused on Aerospace & Defense Strategy at Charles River Associates, providing strategic support to the aerospace sector. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Haverford College.
