Bernice Lacerna

Bernice Lacerna is a People Operations Generalist at Sentry i.o., where they manage onboarding and offboarding programs and engage in DEI initiatives. Previously, they held various roles in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Operations, including positions at Samsara and Recruitics, focusing on recruitment marketing and enhancing candidate experiences. Bernice's commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging has been a consistent theme throughout their career, exemplified by their participation in initiatives such as the DREAM Committee and BRIDGE at UC Davis. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Psychology, along with a Minor in Asian American Studies, from the University of California, Davis, and are currently pursuing a Human Resource Management Certificate.
