Beth Kaufman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor and a Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since October 2003, Beth contributes to the Global Leadership Team for the People and Organization Practice, and leads initiatives in People Analytics and Human Resources in North America. In addition, Beth has been a Principal at BCG and served as an Editorial Board Member for the Journal of Organization Design since January 2019. Early career experience includes roles at Mobil Oil as a Systems Analyst, PwC as a Consultant, and Arthur Andersen as a Consultant. Beth holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Geology and Chemistry from Oberlin College.
