Brendan Rice

Brendan Rice currently serves as the Global Learning Experience Design Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), having previously held the role of Global Learning Innovation Senior Manager at the same company, where significant contributions included advancing BCG's digital transformation in Learning & Development (L&D) through the integration of Generative AI technologies. Prior to BCG, Brendan spent almost a decade as a Business Transformation Consultant at Capgemini, with a focus on large-scale digital transformation across various sectors including Aviation, Defence, FMCG, IT, and Utilities. Earlier experiences include roles in retail and leadership positions in the NUIM Badminton Club, where managerial skills were honed through budgeting, training session management, and member coaching. Brendan holds a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Dublin City University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Maynooth University.
