Brian Harris

Brian Harris is a Managing Partner at EndCAP Venture Partners and a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners. Previously, they held the position of Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for 27 years, where they led the North American Retail Practice and had significant influence on major client relationships across the retail sector. Brian's expertise spans growth strategy, large-scale transformations, and customer retention, with contributions recognized in Harvard Business School case studies. They earned a BA in History from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, and currently serve on the Advisory Board of the JTCC. Earlier in their career, Brian was a sports agent at ProServ, managing top international tennis players.
