Brian Tonelli

Brian Tonelli is a project management and strategy professional currently focused on HR digital products at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). They served in various roles at BCG from 2017 to 2021, culminating as HR Product Portfolio Enablement Director after starting as Functional Finance Manager, where they provided financial insights and partnered with senior leadership to manage significant operating costs. Prior to BCG, Brian worked at John Hancock Financial Services, where they supported expense management for multimillion-dollar operating expenses and served as a Staff Auditor to ensure compliance and governance. Brian earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from the University of Vermont in 2012.
