Bruce Sanchez

Bruce Sanchez serves as the Chief Learning Officer at Boston Consulting Group since July 2025, leading the Learning and Development function globally. Prior to this role, Bruce was the Global Lead for Sales Learning and Development Technology at Dell Technologies, where responsibilities included designing a digital transformation for global sales enablement. Bruce also held various senior positions at Salesforce, Microsoft, Life Technologies, Oracle Corporation, i2 Technologies, Aspen Technology, and Weyerhaeuser, accumulating extensive experience in sales enablement, business strategy, and IT management. Bruce holds a BA in Ecosystems & Economics from UCLA.
