Caitlin O’Connor

Caitlin O’Connor is a Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since September 2018, focusing on value creation, cost optimization, and organizational strategy across diverse industries including Consumer Goods, Aerospace & Defense, and Financial Services. Prior to this role, Caitlin held various positions at BCG, including Project Leader and Consultant, as well as gaining extensive experience at Capital One as a Senior Unit Manager and Project Manager, where significant process improvements and training programs were developed. Caitlin also completed internships in event management with IMG and the San Jose Sharks.
