Carlene Swetz

Carlene Swetz, CPA, is currently the PSG Compensation & Equity Analysis Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a position held since 2022. Previously, Carlene worked as a Tax Manager at Goodwin from 2019 to 2022, after serving as a Senior Tax Accountant. They began their career at PwC, where they were a Tax Senior Associate specializing in asset management from 2013 to 2018. Carlene holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and International Studies, both from Penn State University, as well as a background in French Studies from L’Université de Paris-Sarbonne.
