Catherine Barrows

Catherine Barrows is a Senior Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since October 2022, with a diverse background in strategy and policy development across various organizations. Prior to BCG, Catherine held several influential roles at HM Revenue & Customs from April 2020 to September 2022, including Future Borders & Innovation Lead and Freeports Policy & Strategy Coordination Lead. Additionally, Catherine served in the UK Civil Service as a Fast Streamer, including a secondment as Enterprise and Learning Manager at The Winch, and held a position in the Trade Policy Group at the Department for International Trade. Earlier experience includes private tutoring at Tutoracle Ltd and a brief stint in mini-pupillage at Atkin Chambers. Catherine holds a BSc in Psychology and Language Sciences from UCL, earned between 2015 and 2018.
