Charikleia Kaffe, PhD, is currently the Director at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Henderson Institute, a think tank dedicated to exploring innovative business strategies. Previously, Charikleia served as an Ambassador at the BCG Henderson Institute and held various roles at BCG, including Project Leader, where they focused on strategy development and transformation within the financial institutions practice. Charikleia also gained experience as an Investment Researcher at Flying Colours and worked as an Investment Consultant at Mondrian Investment Partners Limited.
