Charles La Fleche

Charles La Fleche is a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they focus on post-merger integrations, strategy, organizational design, and major transformation efforts within the Industrial Goods and People & Organization practice. Before rejoining BCG, Charles worked in Private Equity at PSP Investments and served as a board observer for both AlixPartners and Fives. Charles holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from HEC Montreal, where they competed on the varsity alpine ski team. Passionate about politics, golf, skiing, and tennis, they actively contribute to social impact initiatives through the CHUM Foundation and Pathways to Education. Previously, Charles engaged with the IRIC young philanthropists.
