Chen Choon LEE

Chen Choon LEE is currently the Asia Pacific L&D Senior Manager for Climate & Sustainability at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they lead functional learning initiatives in the region. Previously, they served as a Management Consulting Manager at Accenture, focusing on Change Management and project leadership for significant global implementations. Earlier in their career, Chen Choon worked as a Consultant at People Coaching Works, designing impactful learning programs, and as an Assistant Manager in Audit at EY, where they managed stakeholder relationships throughout audit engagements. Chen Choon holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Monash University Malaysia and is a Certified Practising Accountant from CPA Australia.
