Chikara Onda

Chikara Onda is a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, focusing on energy, climate change, and workforce issues. Their experience spans academia, the federal government, non-profit, and private sectors, having worked as a Fellow for Energy and Climate Change at the Executive Office of the President and as a Senior Fellow at the U.S. Department of Energy. Chikara's doctoral work at Stanford combined climate policy modeling with labor economics to analyze the impacts of climate and energy policies across income groups.
