Chloe Flutter

Dr. Chloë Flutter is an experienced senior strategy and business transformation consultant with nearly 20 years at Boston Consulting Group, where they served as Managing Director & Senior Partner and led the Health Care Practice in Australia and New Zealand. Recognized for their strategic thinking, Chloë excels in solving complex problems and driving transformative change, particularly in the health sector. Currently, they hold multiple board roles, including Commissioner at the Australian Sports Commission and Non-Executive Director positions at Telstra Health and Nexus Hospitals. Chloë is also President of the Association of Rhodes Scholars in Australia and a member of Chief Executive Women, contributing to numerous initiatives in health and sports. They are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at the University of Oxford.
