Christy Carter

Christy Carter is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a position held since July 2021. Previously, Christy served as Principal at CCMP Capital from 2011 to 2016, specializing in Consumer & Retail transactions within private equity. Prior experience includes a Principal role at Bain & Company from 2004 to 2011 and a Consultant position at Deloitte Consulting between 1999 and 2002. Christy also worked at BCG from 2016 until July 2021 as Managing Director & Partner in the Principal Investors and Private Equity Group. Christy holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
