Daniel Baker

Daniel Baker is a Partner in the Sydney office of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), focusing on the Public Sector and Technology and Digital Advantage practices. As a founding member of BCG's Center for Digital Government, they have developed expertise in digital and technology strategy for government. Daniel has a diverse background, having worked across numerous industries, including government, airlines, consumer goods, retail, and telecommunications, and brings substantial experience in technology strategy, growth strategy, and digital capability build. They earned an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Macquarie University. Prior to BCG, Daniel served as a Senior Manager at Accenture.
