David Webb

David Webb is a Senior Partner and Managing Director of North American Systems at BCG, where they also serve as the global Chief Sustainability Officer and a member of the Operating Committee. David has extensive experience in leading large-scale transformations, especially within the consumer goods and beverage alcohol sectors. They previously led BCG’s Northeast region and founded the Philadelphia office, which has become one of BCG's fastest-growing locations. David’s career began at GE, where they held roles in Power Systems and Lighting across North America and Europe. They hold a BA in Physics, a BS in Industrial Engineering, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
